Balsamic Dressing

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
Leaves from 2-3 sprigs of thyme
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. dijon mustard
2/3 cup olive oil
pinch of salt
freshly ground black pepper

Puree in blender until smooth.
