Spanakopita without the Filo

2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
5 eggs
1/2 lb feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
handful of fresh parsley, chopped
handful of fresh dill, chopped

Mix ingredients together and place in a well-greased baking dish.  Top with additional butter.  Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cheese starts to melt and the entire concoction bubbles and explodes.
Just kidding about that last part.
