Cauliflower Mash, No cheese
2 heads cauliflower
1 head garlic, peeled
1/2 stick of butter
Salt & Pepper
Steam or boil vegetables until tender. Drain. Masticate veggies until creamy using a boat motor or food processor. Add butter and season with salt and pepper.
