Cilantro (Coriander) chutney
2 ounces or so fresh cilantro
6 scallions
2 jalapenos
1 tsp sugar or a few drops stevia, to taste
2 T chopped ginger
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
Pulverize in a food processor.
