Red Pepper Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 cup roasted red peppers
olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground cumin

DIRECTIONS:
Throw the whole mess in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.  Serve with pita bread and/or raw veggies.
